Active Seat Return Policy

We are sure you will enjoy your Active Seat. Remember, the Active Seat is not a cure for back pain. We take no responsibility for use or misuse as you should consult your health care professional before starting any exercise program or using the Active Seat.

Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have a Active Seat with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your Active Seat exchanged.

Please note: Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking personal items that have been opened. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. Active Seat uses a bladder which is inflatable by mouth. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing any Active Seat to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged product that has been previously used. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new Active Seat that may be used in comfort and safety.

Any item(s) that are deemed returnable are at our discretion and must be approved along with an authorization number issued prior to returning. There will be a 15% processing fee for any authorized return. Additionally, any unauthorized return will be charged 15% in an addition to the 15% processing fee. Please contact customer service regarding returns.
